We are biggest short film festival in the World. We offered to all filmmakers in the World to participate in the World's Biggest Short Film Festival helds in India with Multi-language short films.
There are 196 countries are going to participate in this Festival.
Registration starts from Dec 1, 2019.
Registration last date:- May 31, 2020.
Time duration:- 1 min to 45 min.

Rules & Regulations:
1. 1st CSMISFF is a short film festival competition open to all organizations / agency / independent / producer / director.
2. All entries must reach the CSMISFF office before due date.
3. The entry must be submitted on the official entry from together with 2 DVD of the film along with the entry fee mentioned.
4. All films selected for festival will be informed only on our facebook page 1ST CHATRAPATI SHIVAJI MAHARAJ INTERNALTIONAL SHORT FILM FESTIVAL PUNE INDIA 2020.
5. No enquiry or arguments will be entertained regarding non selected film. The selection of the committee will be final.
6. Films must be submitted in DVD in MOV or Mp4 format only.
7. Festival management is not responsible if film is not screened due to DVD problem.
8. Each entry will be accompanied by non refundable amount of Rs. 700 including GST from 1st December to 31st May 2020 (Late fees Rs.1200/- including GST till 31st July 2020).

10. Preview DVD should be labeled with the title. Genre, running time and contact no. along with email id.
11. Separate charges for postage and courier for trophies, mementos, certificate for the selected films not for atteneding the film festival.
12. CSMISFFP has right to use the entries films and DVD material from the DVD for festival promotion.
13. Short film should have running time from 1 to 45 minutes along with front and back credits.
14. The Festival authority will have the right retain the DVD copies of each film and the material sent.
15. The organization is not responsible for late , lost , damaged , misdirected , postage due , stolen entries.
16. Short film that are submitted must be entrants original work and shall not infringe on any copyrights, entrants agree that they have obtained all necessary copyrights permission regarding music, sound , and images etc.
17. CSMISFFP organization will not be held liable for any copyright violation by you or your film.
18. CSMISFFP reserve all right not to screen any film for any reason it deem valid.
19. CSMISFFP organization reserve right to change , cancel or reschedule the dates, venue, awards and categories without any consent or information to contestants.
20. The pre selection committee will short list the entries for judging by panel of jury during festival.
21. The code of conduct will have to be strictly followed by the entrants misbehavior may lead to disqualification and legel action.
22. The decision of the CSMISFFP management will be entered into. Films once entered in film festival will not be allowed to be withdrawn.
23. Participation in the CSMISFFP implies acceptance of all of these rules.
24. Selected films will not be screened if the film maker or their authorized representative as not present to showcase his film and promote it at the festival.
25. The decision of the jury will be final and accepted by all.
26. All the participants and awardees are requested to maintain the festival geritage, code of conduct and good will.
